Hi Ramon. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to assistance you.
No expert in Forums where we see the nigh cases (by the tens of thousands) recommends Norton or McAfee, simply nosotros practise solve problems by having them uninstalled.
I would uninstall any third party antivirus and try running simply built-in Defender which gives acceptable protection, to the lowest degree issues, and is from Microsoft who knows how to protect their Bone best.
If you desire the best on-demand scanners install and run Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner gratuitous scanners.
Attempt running the Windows Shop apps Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Try resetting the Store cache: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-sto...
If that fails go to Settings>Apps and highlight Microsoft Shop, cull Avant-garde Settings, and so Reset. After it resets, restart PC.
If that fails and so Try running the Windows Store apps Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Attempt resetting the Store cache: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-sto...
If that fails go to Settings>Apps and highlight Microsoft Shop, cull Advanced Settings, then Reset. After information technology resets, restart PC.
If that fails so reinstall Store. Type CMD in Get-go Search, correct click Control Prompt outcome to Run every bit Ambassador, copy the post-obit code and paste information technology into the box using the Edit tools from Box's height left dropdown menu, press Enter:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Go-AppxPackage *WindowsStore*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
If these all fail then go over this checklist to make certain the install is set correctly, optimized for best operation, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-united states of america/windows/wiki...
Starting time with Step 4 to plough off Startup freeloaders which tin can conflict and cause problems, and then Step vii to check for infection the most thorough style, then footstep 10 to check for damaged System Files. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
If nothing else works so practise a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool and then choosing to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and almost settings in identify, and is also the nigh stable method to advance to the latest version. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-u.s.a./windows-10/one thousand...
Simply remember that Factory or Upgrade installs are junior installs which most enthusiasts won't even run because they'd wait endless issues. In one case you uninstall McAfee we've likewise found it can continue ruining Windows until it'south reinstalled. Consider at present or later doing the Make clean Install in this link which compiles the all-time possible install that will stay that manner every bit long equally you stick with the tools and methods given: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-united states/windows/wiki...
In that location is also an automated Refresh that reinstalls WIndows while shedding corrupting factory bloatware, saves your files, but doesn't clear the drive to become information technology cleanest: https://www.howtogeek.com/265054/how-to-easily-...
I hope this helps. Experience free to ask back any questions and permit usa know how it goes. I will go on working with you until it'due south resolved.
